Condolences to Carol his wife, daughter and many grandchildren. I met Dave many years ago through Spring Free From Racism. He was such a lovely person to talk to. A joke here and there. His love ❤️ for his Family was important to him. He was kind, caring, supportive and helpful. He is sorely missed by many. Rest In Eternal Peace and Rise In Glory with your Heavenly Father. Thank you Carol for letting me know that Dave is no longer with us. God blessed.

So many memories popped into my head when I heard of Dave’s passing. We worked together for many years on the Board of Temple Beth Tikvah, and images flooded into my head. A man driven by principles and a commitment to the vulnerable, I suspect he would grin that “David” grin when I compare him to a dog with a bone: Relentlessly and single-minded determined, in a very good way. A man with heart and soul. My deepest condolences to David’s family; Carole, my thoughts are with you during this sadness of times. May Dave’s memory be forever a blessing. Gail Greenberg

I will always remember Dave as a very good friend and a dedicated human rights activist who was a strong supporter of Amnesty International’s human rights work. He had a special kind of sense of humour that will be missed. My sincere condolences to Carol and all of Dave’s family - Gord Barnes
