I have great memories of working with Grant on all kinds of campaigns in Toronto.
Grant was a great Canadian and a good person.
I'm glad to have known him!

Grant was an important friend to me this past year singing songs with me and ballroom dancing. Heres a photo of him by what is said to be the oldest tree in Saskatchewan.

We leave this life, leaving behind those we knew, cherished, and cared for... The wonderful memories that are left behind, be they of a lifetime, or a short time, are our legacy as we move through the gateway to new beginnings. My deepest sympathies to family and friends left behind. I loved trying to learn to dance with Grant, recalling his patience, his quiet humour, and the glasses of wine and music we shared afterwards. Peace to his spirit as he journeys on. Peace to the hearts of those who must remain.

Very sad to learn of Grant passing. One of my best memories is being on the Farm at Christmas and putting up the Christmas tree with Grant. His nose had recently been broken and he joked about how post nose break and fix it worked better! I was only 9 or 10 but I remember thinking he knew how to look on the bright side.
