In times of great loss we are reminded of wisdom from the ages. The measure of a man lies not in how he died but how he lived - not what he gained but what he gave. It was my privilege to work with Neil McQueen for the better part of nearly two decades during the interim of which time his kindness and human decency were most generously impressed upon me. He was always ready with a word of good cheer to bring back a smile or to banish someone's tear.
It would be wrong to ask of his church or to question his creed - Neil had a heart for those truly in need.
It matters not what obituaries say - I truly am sorry Neil passed away.
