I knew Mike back in high school and was fortunate to go on many weekend road-trips with Mike and the band as roadie for Stradbrook. He was always fun to be with; joking around and having a good time and yet still passionate and caring about the music he made. He was one of the coolest guys I ever met in high school. I remember how excited he was when he drove over to show us the car he'd bought, which I think was a '69 Mercury Cougar. I have many happy memories of Mike; please accept my sincere condolences.
