Sir Dan was a kind and caring, special man who laughed easily and cared deeply. He loved his Vikki with his whole being. He was gentle, generous with his time, and made you feel heard and welcome. He rose above adversity, was brave and courageous when life wasn’t fair. He was our friend and one our favourite people in the entire world. He will be missed a great deal because he was so exceptional. He made our world a better place with his hopeful, positive nature. We will treasure our memories of him and know that he is with us in our hearts until we see him again. Vikki, please know that we are so grateful for loving you both. We are there for you always. Thanks to you both for making our world a kinder and more caring place. All our best to one of the best people we have known.
