Aunty Sara was a beautiful compassionate lady inside and out with the patience of a saint. Most of my fondest childhood memories growing up were summer holidays spent on the farm. Aunty Sara always greeted us with open arms and entertained us from dawn till dusk. It’s a good thing summer holidays were just under two months as I’m sure it took the other ten months to recuperate after our visits. She always had so much love in her heart and loved unconditionally never passing judgement. I remember her catching me sitting on the floor at the back of the school bus Grandpa drove eating crab apples that I was told in no uncertain terms from Grandma not to eat! She yanked open the back door of the bus catching me red handed sitting beside a mound of crab apple cores knowing I had disobeyed Grandma! I don’t remember getting into any trouble from Grandma so knowing Sara she probably helped me to dispose of the evidence. Aunt Sara had a mind as sharp as a tack, whenever she was asked anything about family or friends she always had the correct answer. It has always amazed me how she could remember details from any date and time or people past and present. I’m so glad we were able to spend some time with her this past April and was looking forward to seeing her again in a couple weeks. May you Rest In Peace my darling Aunty along with your brothers and Mom and Dad. My deepest condolences to Uncle Lloyd, Donald & Donalyn May all the wonderful memories you have help comfort you through this difficult time. Love Bev
