To the Family of Ellen Manton:
I share your sadness on the passing of an amazing lady. During my high school years, I worked at the Nutana Curling Club where Ellen & Art were members. There were a wonderful couple. I was also involved with Westminster United Church before I left Saskatoon to attend university in Alberta and I remember the Mantons from the Sunday services there.
Sincere sympathy, Ron Holland Camrose, Alberta

To the family of Ellen Manton;
We were so sorry to hear of Ellen's passing. We always enjoyed her cheery attitude and infectious smile. Ellen and our Mom,Norma Johns, were in the same two bridge clubs together for several years. They both enjoyed their annual summer bridge club retreat to Waskesiu. We enjoyed visits with Ellen at the Nutana Curling Club? Cherish your memories of this wonderful lady . Sincerely; Denny & Pat Holben

Jim & I were saddened this morning to read of Ellen's passing but also felt somewhat joyful for a life lived so fully. Ellen lived close to the Blackburns in McDonald Towers and we remember our visits with our young children; we often ran into Ellen as well. Then we felt reunited as we belong to McClure United Church and remember when McClure Place opened. Ellen added so much to McClure Place and I remember how she helped me with the Choristers. She decided to retire from Choristers after the age of ninety but we were kept very organized during her tenure. We send our sympathies to the family and know you will feel grattitude and peace for having such a fine woman as your matriarch all these years.
