My condolences to Barry’s family and friends. I knew Barry as my dear friend, Cindy (Crow) Busse’s, big brother. Barry was so kind and fun to be with. He would often pick up Cindy and me in his rambler and chauffeur us to volleyball practice or to the Sheraton Cavalier for coffee and cheesecake! Such good memories!! Sending much love during this time of sadness and loss.

Thanks to my dad Dwayne I got to know Barry and I am thankful for the time that he spent with me and my boys. There are so many great memories. From the two of them teaching all of us kids how to waterski, to the last time we saw him and him teaching my youngest how to make a squeak with his cheek. D has perfected that noise.
He was so loved and a great man. He will be forever in our hearts.

So many memories, I don't know where to start... where do you start? I have known Barry for 53 years. We always stayed in touch. Him in Nova Scotia and me in BC. A birthday did not go by for either of us without a call between friends. He moved back to Saskatchewan and I was in Alberta. I helped him shingle his roof in Yorkton and he helped me cut down trees in Sturgeon County. In the summers he made time to visit me and my family at the lake. I remember all the years I spent when we were younger driving up to Theodore every weekend thought the summer. My brother from another mother. Through the 53 years we had together we never had a fight. I watched him turn from a boy to a man, a father to a grandfather. He is my best friend and will always be in my heart. I cherish all the memories we had together...From the first day we met in the hallway of grade four to the last time we were together in his room saying goodbye. Rest in peace my friend. We will always love you. Dwayne and Susan Binnie

Barry was a special cousin with a beautiful smile. We enjoyed playing with the Crow cousins whether at our farm or when spending vacation at Good Spirit Lake.
"The ones we love are always in our hearts." Our thoughts and prayers are with you, the family, in the loss of Barry.
Please feel our warm embrace as we remember him with fondness.

When I was just a little girl Uncle Barry and Aunt Heather moved into our house, while their first house was being built. Some of my greatest memories are of him hoisting me up onto his shoulders ( he was a giant to me)and having to duck as we went room to room. Of him eating cereal out of giant bowls, making me laugh and his fantastic smile. All my love to his family, my cousins and his friends. Xoxo
