Ivor and I were so saddened to hear of Jo-anne's sudden death. Ivor had know Jo-anne since they were little as his parents lived close to your Grandmother and his parents were good friends with your parents. I met Jo-anne at nursing school in Prince Albert and we developed a friendship that helped to get me through those training years. She and I had many laughs together while driving around the city as Jo-anne loved to drive her car! She was one of the few guests at the very small wedding Ivor and I had back in 1969. Although we didn't stay in touch after I got married and moved away for a period of time I always had very fond memories of the good times we had when together. I know the death of her son was devastating for Jo-anne and I am sure she is very happy to be reunited with Christopher and the thought of that is what brings comfort at such a sad time.

Tim and family, I’m so sorry to hear of your loss.
Jo-anne is now reunited with her sweet little boy and your mom and dad. She was a wonderful person, I always enjoyed chatting with her.

Cam and Tim and families.. We are so sorry to read of Jo-Annes sudden death. We were also sorry she couldn't make it to our 50 year nursing reunion. Many great memories from our time in nurses residence from 65-68 under the watchful eyes of the Sisters at Holy Family I am sure she and Christopher are sharing many stories with lots of laughs and tears. At times like this we wonder where did the time go and why don't we stay in touch with old friends more often. Hugs to you all.
