I was so sorry to hear of Linda's passing. It has been a few years since I have seen her but will remember her for her cheerfulness and optimism, and of course her devotion to the love of her life. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Jim
With deepest sympathy,
Ann Patience

To the Ball families
We are sorry to hear of your devastating loss. A dear wife, mother, grandmother and true friend are too much to let go before their time
Linda will be remembered by all that knew her for her brave and very courageous battles that she fought for many years. May the treasured memories, happy holidays, and all the friends she made help you through the days and years ahead.
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers .
Rest in peace Linda.

My condolences to Jim and family. I first met Linda and Jim decades ago in northern Saskatchewan. The affection and love they shared for each other was so evident and inspirational to those around them. My heart aches for Jimmy and his family. I know they had many adventures together in life. I don’t pray often but have offered a prayer for all of you.

Jim, Dana, and Jeff,
My wife Joann and I have known Jim and Linda and their children Dana and Jeff for 33 years.
The very first shift I ever worked in the RCMP was with Jim. From that time onward we have always kept in touch and visited with Jim and Linda.
I always called Linda “my Linda”. However, everyone knew that Linda was “Jim’s Linda”. They were inseparable. They were, and always will be, each other’s best friend.
My wife adored Linda and we had so many laughs with her and my best and most loyal friend Jim.
Linda always made everyone feel like they were at home in their residence. Linda was authentic and down to earth.
My wife and I are simply devastated by Linda’s passing.
Linda is at peace now. That doesn’t make it any easier for those left behind however. Jim, Dana, and Jeff have suffered a tremendous loss and so have all of us of course. Linda is irreplaceable.
Our world is not the same now without Linda Ball and on behalf of Joann and I, we want all of you to know who knew Linda that we can’t be more sorry for her passing.
We are praying for Linda and her family at this most difficult time. We will be there on Tuesday to support Jim and his family, as they would be there for all of us.
God bless.
