My world has become a better place since I first met Jack and other members of his family while they were enjoying one of their winters here in Sun Lakes. I soon began to recognize what a "unique" individual Jack was. Even in his 90's he was striving to keep up with global current events while continuing to quench his thirst for his fascination with world history.
I will sorely miss his storytelling and our conversations involving global politics which sometimes ended in our respectfully agreeing to disagree. I was continually amazed at what a fountain of knowledge he could be.
His love of and pride in his family was self-evident. And his sense of fairness, belief in equality for all and impeccable moral compass were always on display. My heart will be with all of you in my "extended family" as you navigate these difficult times and I look forward to you, Jack, once again hitting them long and straight- Love, The Other Sista
