Dorothy, Erik, Katie and families,
Our family got to know Dave during the time that you were on The DCA executive and you somehow managed to convince him that he and his band mates in Excessive Behavior should help make the community's Fun Day a success for 4 years, 2002 - 2005. In addition to providing entertaining music during the Fun Day, Dave assisted with coaching in the community and/or assisted in other ways as well.
Dave was someone that was there to help out if asked and his love of his family was evident. Over the years Dave and I would have short (not - lol) road side conversations that covered many topics - the blue truck coming around the corner often meant a chance to get caught up, he loved to talk and I will miss the blue truck and our chats.
Dave was one of those people that easily started up a conversation when just walking along our crescent and as one of the crescents long standing families like ours, it just won't be the same.
