My deepest sympathy to the Slowski family. Barry was older than me, but we are from the same community. We attended the same high school at Hudson Bay, SK. He knew my brother Lanny better than I. Vladi and I were closer in age. Being from a small town, all of us attended many of the same functions together, such as band and fund-raising events. Being the small world that it is, Barry came to know my son, Warren, here in Saskatoon, through the business world. I often dealt with Butler Byers downtown, but never got to see him. I wish now that I had.
