I will miss you aunt doreen. Our times in arizona was such a joy & blessing, which is missed greatly. Thank you & uncle Ken, for being in my families lives & especially for watching over my daughter Jessica, as she attended school (university) in arizona. It meant more then the two of you, know. I wish our families had been closer, as our children missed the fun times, we had as children, romping around with our Canadian cousins!! God speed, my sweet aunt, you will be missed, until we meet once again in the after life. Hugs & prayers for those left behind!!

I will truly miss Aunt Doreen.. she was always full of energy and what a great laugh she had. The memories I will carry with me always of the time I spent with her and Ken in Arizona. God keep you safe in his arms until we meet again!! Always in my heart and thoughts.

Going to miss one of Ron,s favourite aunts, she was a great and kind hearted person. Good mother, daughter, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt etc. and friend to so many over the years. Our condolences to rest of her family and friends. Miss all those fun times at cabin on lake near Humboldt all those years ago and all those family get together over the years. You will be missed and always in our heart, never forgotten so long as we live. She had a good life, full of fun and adventure, widely travelled and much loved by all who knew her. We had planned on getting down there in few weeks to see her and Uncle Ken and some family etc. in Saskatchewan but will hopefully see Ken and some of his family sometime soon. May she be forever in heaven in peace with all her family and friends that have gone before her and May we be so lucky to meet you again when out time is done down here too. Rest In Peace Aunty!

We are deeply saddened with the passing of dear Doreen; yet, reassured in the knowledge that she is now at peace and is safe in the arms of the Lord. Ken and Doreen have always been special to us. We have the fondest memories of times spent with them at the Lake and on a jaunt to Cut Knife, where they took us to a family wedding. I have to chuckle when trips down Memory Lane take me back to doing the Mexican Hat Dance in their kitchen or to a visit with them to Viscount, where a brother of Aloise and a Swiss friend with whom he was traveling, regaled us with their yodeling and where (in the interest of Science, to be sure) we experimented with various types of alcohol to ascertain which created the largest flame! We thank you for the memories, Doreen, and for the care you and Ken always took to ensure that we were "looked after" whenever we ventured out from the Coast.
