Obituary of Lyle Brash
Robert Lyle Brash of Saskatoon , originally from Meacham Sk. passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday September 13, 2015. Lyle was born on February 15, 1948 in Saskatoon Sk. and spent the first thirty two years of his life on the farm six miles north of Meacham. Left to mourn his loss is his father Robert Brash Sr. of Saskatoon, brother Leonard (Sheila) of Bruno Sk. and brother Russ of Meacham Sk. Also, his nephew Chris (Shari ÃÂ Ethan, Cruz and Shae) and niece Diana ( Sterling ÃÂ Kiera and Cole) as well as many cousins and friends. Lyle was employed at Cosmo Industries for just over thirty one years and took pride in his ability to go out on the paper truck to collect paper and cardboard. He met many people and knew many bus routes and drivers. His great pleasure in life was camping with his Mom and Dad at many Saskatchewan campsites and visiting with his buddy Victor. His family was his joy. He loved his nephew Chris and niece Diana to no end and therefore their children. His eyes lit up when they came to visit and he always had time to talk and play with them. Lyle never forgot a birthday or anniversary and his phone was his lifeline. Sadly, we will no longer have that daily conversation, wake up call or good night call. Lyle loved going for coffee at McDonalds, Tim Hortons, the A&W and for breakfast on Saturday mornings at the Cheese Toast. Lyle is predeceased by his mother Evelyn Brash, grandparents John and Jane Brash, Ora and Maynard Olds, aunts Isa Cleazy and Jennie Hanson and cousin Sheila Johnson.
