To all the Ross kids and their kids:
Your mom and grandma was a delightful treasure. The kindness in her heart showed in the sparkle of her eyes and she was always a charming hostess who was sure to make you feel welcome when you through their door. Thanks for that, Myrtle (our queen).
Her pride in her family was unparallelled and it showed.
How wonderful that you had so many years of life with mum to remember, and how sad for you to say good-bye. My sincere condolences.
God bless and comfort you all. Take care, my dear Ross kids.
Affectionately,
Adeline and Doug

Dear Pat, Pennie, Peggie, Bill, Bob and families:
We were saddened to hear of your mother's passing. She was a remarkable woman. Year before I had the opportunity to meet the "Ross kids" and their mother, I had heard of the legendary dynamo who had taught at Royal School in rural Prince Albert. She was a lifelong hero to my wife, Corinne (nee' Bibby) and her cousin, Irene Sheldon. Myrtle's time at Royal was not long but she left indelible memories, a characteristic common to legendary individuals. Her legacy as a centenarian will be felt for years and years to come. Her record as a teacher and a parent is one of astounding achievement. She will be missed. You have our condolences on your loss and we hope that the memories you have of her will help you through this difficult time.
Respectfully, Peter & Corinne Smith
