Obituary of Rosemary Joy McBride

Rosemary McBride passed away peacefully at St. Paul’s Hospital on Monday, April 3, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Rosemary is remembered by her son Brent McBride, daughter Marilyn (Blake) Jeffries and granddaughters Michala (Greg) Martinson and Brylee Jeffries. She was predeceased by her husband Robert McBride, brother Claire Castonguay and parents Eugene and Mildred Castonguay. Rosemary was born in Vancouver, BC in 1939. She lived in Whitefox, SK as a child and later moved to Kindersley. Rosemary married Robert McBride June 27, 1959 and moved to Dodsland. She enjoyed curling and was a member of the U.C.W. She enjoyed the farming life for many years always being around family and friends. Rosemary enjoyed country music and took many trips to the Craven Jamboree and one special trip to Nashville. Rosemary spent the last years living in Saskatoon in the Montgomery area. She enjoyed friends and laughter and was a people person. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Paul’s hospital on the 7th floor.
