Dear Joan and all of Noel's family,
I join with you in mourning Noel's passing and in celebrating his life. Our friendship, which began when I joined the CMA staff in 1991, lasted all through the years. His direction of the Committee on Ethics was masterful and we old-timers have fond memories of the Committee dinners and other social events when he let his hair down (figuratively, of course). Requiescat in pace.
