Chan was an incredible and brave man who this old world a better place. What he gave to his family, community and country was exceptional. He will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. At this unfortunate time of sorrow, our heartfelt thoughts and deepest sympathies go out to the Katzman family.
