Obituary of Marlene Miller
Marlene Miller passed away peacefully on November fifteenth in Cancun, Mexico at the age of 63 years old.
Marlene was preceded in death by her father, Mike and brother, Robert. Marlene is survived by Bob, her loving husband of 44 years, as well as their two sons Stephen (Roberta) and Jonathan (Teri). Marlene is also survived by her mother Regina Stefaniuk; her brothers David, Gerald (Sharon) and their children Kayla and Shelby, Arnold (Colleen) and their daughter Lauren, sisters-in-law Susan Stefaniuk and her sons Michael (Amy) and Matthew (Cadence), Val Stacey (Al) and their children Erin and Allison, Vicky Stacey (Dave) and their children Elissa and Kyle.
Marlene was born September 2, 1953 in Wakaw, Saskatchewan where she attended school until grade ten and then moved to Saskatoon. Marlene married Bob on August 19, 1972. She spent 43 years working at the Royal Bank as well as being an owner of Traxx Footwear.
Marlene loved spending time with family and friends, and she always enjoyed entertaining at her home to any size of group; everyone was always welcomed with a big smile to the Miller household with Marlene cooking, laughing and telling stories. Another of Marlene’s favorite things to do was to go shopping with her two daughters-in-law.
Marlene’s family and friends were the most important things in her life. “You have to work on it but it is always worth it” were words to live by for Marlene.
