Obituary of Donald Neumann
The song has ended but our love was always "Hooked on a Feeling" and will never die. Don's journey with cancer ended after a three year battle with his friends and family there to support him along the way. He is loved and missed by his wife Marguerite, daughters Carla (Eric), Cheyanne (Cory) and Lorna (Dave), five grandchildren Autumn, Jason, Chelsea, Robert, and David jr, great-grandson Jake, brother Pat and nephew Dallas (Christine and boys). Don was predeceased by his son Danny in 1997. Don and Marg spent many years expanding their cabin where they would go fishing and spend time with family. Quading and card playing were a favorite family pastime and many special memories were made there. Don started in the construction industry but later became a business owner during which time he influenced the lives of many of his employees and business associates. A special thanks to Dave, a friend who stood by Don's side throughout his journey. The family also wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses who helped during Don's illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Saskatoon Cancer Clinic, St. Paul's Hospital Palliative Care or Preston Extendicare.
