Obituary of Dorothy Anne Lamb

Dorothy Lamb Dorothy Anne Lamb of Regina passed away peacefully at the Pasqua Hospital on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the age of 92. Dorothy is survived by her son, Bill Lamb (LeeAnne Meldrum) of Vancouver; daughter, Barb (Ron) Miller of Regina; grandson, Michael Miller of Calgary; granddaughter, Patty Miller (Ben Misskey) of Regina; sister, Marjory Strain of Nanaimo, British Columbia; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth Lamb, in 1999 and her brother, Donald Scott. Dorothy was born on June 27, 1924 in Scott, Saskatchewan. She moved to Saskatoon where she worked at the City Hospital, was married to Kenneth Lamb on October 15, 1955, and raised her family. Dorothy moved to Regina in 2000 to be closer to her daughter, Barb, and family. Dorothy was a very special woman who will be fondly remembered for her great love of family, pride in her children and grandchildren, her kindness, and her good sense of humour.
