To Megan, Car and your families, and to Judy's family, my sincere sympathy at the loss of a wonderful woman. I knew of Judy and of all the work she did, but I got to know her better when she asked me to join an Art Auction Committee she was chairing. The Committee planned an art auction to raise funds for the Station 20 West grocery store. We gathered paintings and other art work from anyone who would donate anything. It was a brilliant and successful venture. I met some good people on the Committee, and appreciated more time with Judy. In these past few years, Judy, Genevieve Leslie, and I had occasional lunches, a Christmas outing every year, and, during Covid, walks. I miss these enjoyable experiences, and miss Judy. She was an intelligent, caring woman, who contributed a great deal to the province. She will be remembered with thanks for all that she did.

To Megan and James, Car and Jason, Hugh and Edie, Allen and Gloria, Earl and Jane, Phyllis and the extended family of nieces and nephews we extend our deepest condolences. We remember Judy's smile, her love of family and her work in the women's movement and on behalf of childcare. Her work has had much influence in Saskatchewan through the '70s, 80's and 90s in particular. We also remember Judy during her formative years in Ituna as a neighbour and extended family member. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
