Obituary of Chung Leung Lau

On Saturday March 2, 2024, in Saskatoon, Chung Leung Lau (Felix) peacefully passed from this world.

He will be remembered by his mother Maple Qu Lau; his brothers Jacky (Monica), Patrick (Nancy); sister Anita (Tom) Mack; nephew Sherman (Janette) and their children Helia and Hester; niece Carly Mack, and many cousins.

He was predeceased by his father Larry Wah Lau; grandmother Yeung Sui Lan.

Felix was born on November 22, 1954, in Hong Kong.  The youngest son, he was doted on by his grandmother.  He had a friendly personality, liked to talk to people, was generous and easily made friends.  Felix immigrated to Canada with his family in 1976.  He went to Calgary to continue his post-secondary education, but because of his illness, he came home.  His parents looked after him, and in later years, he helped cared for his elderly mother and she cared for him.
