Obituary of Marie Lois Gallagher

It is with sadness that we share the passing of Marie Gallagher, at the grand age of 94 years. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Art, and parents JD and Gert Black. 

She is survived by her family:  Bob; Kathy (Bob) and their children, Claire and Ian; and Jane. 

As a young adult, Marie started working at Scott National, then went on to a long career in the General Office at Eaton’s.  Along with their home in Saskatoon, Marie and Art also had a home away from home, at the cabin at Emma Lake.  Marie continued living in the family home after Art’s passing in 2011.  She later moved to Trinity Manor, then onto Preston Extendicare, and Oliver Lodge, where she resided until her passing. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Saskatoon Funeral Home Chapel (338 4^th Ave North).
