I have nothing but good memories of your dad. Always a smile on his face, an enjoyable conversation, fun travel stories, and always a great guy to sit on a backyard patio and have drink with. He was so proud of his kids and loved every moment with his grandkids. A life well lived.

Norman, Shelley & my thoughts are with you and the family at this difficult time. I have many fond memories of Len, whether he was helping us move in those early years in Saskatoon, our lunch hour walks down by the Bessbourgh when we worked together at 116 2nd Ave or our fishing trips up north with the Saskatoon Managers! His family was always top of his priorities and he was so proud of the kids and talked about them whenever given the chance. He will be missed!

Norma, Heather, Norman, Jason and families,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. As you may recall I was one of Len's trainees at Circle Park branch and I learned so much from him as his approach to teaching was calm and steady no matter what the situation. Len always had a smile and his wonderful sense of humour led to a pleasant work environment. Outside of the office, Len was always willing to lend a hand and certainly enjoyed a good round of golf. (the golf may not have been that good, but the camaraderie made up for it)
Len was very proud of all of his children and regular updates on their accomplishments, whether it be careers or grandchildren always brought a smile to his face.
Treasure the memories and the good times.
Len will be greatly missed.
Greig, Brenda, Breanne and Kendra

To Norma & family: Just want you know how very much you're being thought about with sympathy, caring & friendship.
I was indeed blessed to have crossed paths working with Len at TD Confed 1984-85. Len was patient & understanding while at the same time ran a tight ship. I was a young, inexperienced Admin & he took me under his wing & I am most grateful for all I learned from him. I always believed he had my back. Confed was not an easy shop to run & came with its own unique challenges - I believe it is a testament to Len's leadership skills that the Bank entrusted him to manage this most volatile operation, which he did with skill. There was never a day go by that he did not speak proudly of his family & his involvement in the Navy League. I'll always think of Len as "one of the good guys"!
May the Great Architect of the Universe be with you & grant you peace.
