Joan, Aaron, Andrea so sorry to here the terrible news of Fred's passing. I had the privilege of working with Fred in Rosthern. He was a principled leader who touched many lives. Fred was a mentor and a compassionate friend who's advice and insights were always appreciated. I can only imagine the loss of Fred and his qualities that you all feel. Know that we are thinking about you and praying for you at this time.
