Dear Debbie and family.
You have so many wonderful memories of your father. That is something to be proud of. He lead such an exemplary life. I am aware that departing loved ones are concerned that they may be forgotten. Thank you for sharing some of your dad's life story so that we may remember some of his life's contributions. Love Katherine and Bernie xo

While I did not personally know Mr.Atchison my father who also worked for the C.N.R spoke of him as a friendly fellow who always smiled with a friendly greeting. I had the privilege to work with his son at Saskatoon City Hall who shared his father’s outgoing nature and commitment to the community.
May his family be comforted by happy memories.

Dear Don and Family,
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your father. He was a remarkable man - always so cheerful and fun. I had the pleasure of sitting with him and Martha at an event, and he was such a wonderful storyteller. May you find comfort in the memories of his life well lived.

To Martha, Don and Mardele, Doug and your entire extended families.
We where both surprised and saddened to hear of Franks passing. My memories of Frank go back to the floor (quite literally) of the Masonic Lodge fifty-five years ago, along with activities with in the Shrine where Frank always said "It's for the kids!" Later Dianne and I picked up on that early friendship with Frank and Martha at Faith Lutheran Church.
Always greeting with a warm handshake and a smile we watched him attend the remembrance at the SaskTel Center, march in the Exhibition parade through downtown, or on the nights at Folkfest as he and Martha travelled the world chaperoning their son. The summer sidewalk sale and a stop at ATCH and Co. was always worthwhile for a chat. The determination and grit of the man was best shown in his walk to Regina for his 95th birthday to raise funds once again "for the kids!" We saw him off on his journey and went to Regina to see him arrive just as he said he would. Remarkable to say the least.
Lately its been catching up on events over coffee at Market Mall. It won't seem the same to go in and not see the family gathering there. As we said many times Frank, "Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again". RIP my friend.
Our sincerest condolences to all of you in the loss of a 'gentleman' extraordinaire.

A life well lived from start to finish. His undertaking to walk from Saskatoon to Regina to raise money for the Children’s Hospity when he was well past 90 is an inspiration to all.
His bright smile and friendly manner made him a success in business and a vibrant addition to Saskatoon life through 9 decades.
Sincere condolences to all the family. You were blessed to have him and will no doubt feel his loss deeply.

Debbie I have fond memories of your Dad…yes seeing him selling tickets and visiting him with my Dad is one. After moving from Saskatoon in 1980 I would run into him at Market Mall on numerous occasions with my zoom and Dad meeting the coffee gang. He was so kind with my Mom as her dementia took hold. Truly ‘A man for others’. Sending your family sincere condolences.

To the Atchison family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Frank. What a wonderful man he was and I will always have a very special memory of him because he helped me with my made to measure high school grad suit! In fact, the two finest suits I have ever owned were made for me by him. Truth be known, I was always hoping to take a ride on one of his trains with him! At the end of the day all we have left is memories, I’m very grateful I have very special memories of Mr. Atch. Thank you!
