Obituary of Maureen Elizabeth Redgwell

We are sad to announce the death of Maureen Redgwell, who passed away peacefully at Beacon Care Home on December 16, 2023. 

She was predeceased by her parents, and her husband Garry. 

Maureen is survived by her sons Adrian, Mark and James; as well as her 2 grandchildren Katherine and Daphne; and great granddaughter Jamie. 

Maureen was born in Oxford, England and raised in England. 

In 1966 she met her soulmate Garry and in 1967 they were married at St Mary’s Church, Saskatoon.  Maureen and Garry worked very hard to ensure that their children had no need of anything.  They spent summers camping and in winter bringing their kids to hockey.  For things that her sons needed she worked extra jobs to provide.  Maureen was involved with youth bowling council and many other clubs.  Maureen took great delight in her children’s successes and was unwavering in her support during her children’s challenging times. 

The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday, December 29, 2023 at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Saskatoon.
