Dear Betty and family, I was so sorry to read in the Lethbridge Herald of Alan's passing. You were such good neighbours, and Alan always had a smile on his face and time for a friendly chat. Oh the sidewalks we shovelled! Even in May! Whenever I am over at the church, I glance over at your house and think about you Betty. May you hold your many memories in your heart. Keeping you in my prayers and thoughts, Marilyn from next door (many years ago)

Hard to know what to say, that I haven't already expressed to the family!! I didn't know Alan that well, being a distant (Schan) cousin, but what I did know about him was, he was a great husband, father and mentor. Anyone that knew him should cherish the memories he gave them.
Our thoughts are with you at this time!
