Obituary of Shannon Colleen Pfeifer

On August 25, 2023 at the age of sixty-nine, Shannon Colleen Pfeifer lost her battle with cancer. She passed away at the Royal University Hospital surrounded by her loved ones.

Born July 11th, 1954, Shannon grew up in Imperial, Saskatchewan, farming with her parents, two sisters, and brother. As a young adult, she moved to Saskatoon to attend business school and started working for the City of Saskatoon. Here, she met her husband, William Pfeifer, and with him raised three children; Angela (Crystal), John (Alyssa), and Jordan, and an additional three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Sheila Cardinal.

A Celebration of  Life will be held on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Saskatoon Funeral Home and continued with a reception at the Edwards Family Centre following. Feel free to wear a pop of colour or a pattern as they were Shannon's favorite. Memorial donations can be made to Breast Cancer Canada to aid life changing research.
