Obituary of Anne Stewart

Anne Stewart of Saskatoon, formerly of Goodsoil, passed away peacefully after a short stay at St. Paul’s Hospital. Mom will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her children: Dawn (Adam), Doug (Deb), Kerry (Sandy), Gail, Cameron (Leah), Shelley (Carl) and foster son Gabe. Also left to remember her are her 9 grandchildren: David (Angel), Anthony (Jennifer), Tatyana (Anthony), Jeff, Ashley (Kory), Darcie (Matt), Addie (Niels), Jennifer (Ilia), Nicholas (Jennifer) and 6 great grandchildren: Gavin, Isabella, Aston, Cass, Kalin and Daniela as well as many nieces and nephews she cared deeply about. Mom was predeceased by our father David; her brothers Michael, John, Steve, Jim, Andy and Joe; her sisters Mary and Rose; her foster son Darryl. Mom’s message to her family and friends was - “Do not ply me with flowery phrases, after I am gone, just remember me as I was, each and everyone.” In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to effect: hope The Leprosy Mission Canada, Hope Cancer Help Centre or the charity of your liking. The family wishes to thank the doctor’s, nurses and CCA’s at St. Paul’s Hospital for the wonderful care they gave mom.
