John and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I crossed paths with Margaret periodically at church events and I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to get to know her better. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to play Scrabble with her! Last fall I was was blessed to sit next to her at the retirees dinner and despite her poor health she was still very cheerful and friendly.

I met Margaret shortly after moving to Ssaskatoon 17 years ago. I had the opportunity to participate with her in a time of student training and most appreciated the attention and care she exercised in her responsibility. She was a wise and caring minister. Despite her own health struggles she always remained cheerful and considerate of others. I so much appreciated knowing her. My sincere condolences to John and family.

My condolences to the family of Margaret. Margaret was my Educational Supervisor in my three year training of Designated Lay Ministry. She was always encouraging, always questioning, always challenging, making me think and reflect and learn. She was a wonderful person and an excellent supervisor.
