As Lynda’s cousin, I spent time with her at family events over the years. She always had a smile on her face and enjoyed laughing with our family. She exuded a kindness and respect for people that has been an inspiration to me. I feel fortunate to have known her.

Lynda was my older cousin. We didn’t see each other often but every memory I have of her was a good one. She smiled and laughed a lot and had such a warm personality. I remember my mother talking about visits she had from Lynda. She would always finish by saying what a lovely person Lynda was and how much she enjoyed her visits. She will be missed!

I treasure my memories of Lynda. She was one of the dearest people in my life and I feel blessed to have been her friend since we were in our teens. My life is so much richer for her having been part of it.
In our adult years, we lived several thousand miles apart, but whenever I returned to Regina, we always got together and those memories are so precious to me. We always made a point of going to Government House for tea - such fun! Lynda was dear to my parents too, and they enjoyed seeing her whenever I visited while they were alive.
I will - and do - miss Lynda greatly!

Lynda was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She exemplified kindness and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to visit with her and Gary when they would make their annual vacation to Victoria in January/February.

Oh Lynda I so wanted to see you again but it was not to be. I have very fond memories of our days in high school at Central Collegiate in Regina. Then it was off to University in Saskatoon where we were room-mates in Athabasca Hall and had many happy and fun times there. Later when we married and started our families we both moved to Ontario-you to Orillia and us to Bond Head.
We saw each other less often but still shared dinners from time to time. I remember one time when we both were visiting our families in Regina. By then Roger and I had Nicole and Stephen and you and Gary had Richard and we had a great visit in my parents backyard on Garnet Street. There was the summer when Carole and I drove to Regina for her nursing reunion. We stopped to visit you and Gary in North Battleford and had a wonderful time with many delicious dinners out. Our last visit was when our family had a reunion in Elbow, Saskatchewan 2012 and we came to Saskatoon to visit you after and stayed overnight in your lovely condo.I was really hoping to repeat that visit this summer. Hope to meet again when we are all up in heaven and can continue our friendship.Take care Lynda. I think of of you often. Love Arlene.
