Our family visited Mary often at the farm in Bowden. One particular instance we stopped for a surprise visit, where we found her fencing in the field. A good size cut on her forehead that she didn’t even realize was there. She brushed at it and said with her vibrant laugh “oh who knows what happened”. Every visit with Mary was special and memorable. She is a beautiful soul inside and out. I know everyone who knew her will have memories of her strength, independence, sense of humour, and her love for life and everyone in it. (2 and 4 legged). From our family to all of her family, our deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers. She was a bright light within our family.
