My deepest sympathy to Lynn’s family. At golfing, where Lynn and I met, we enjoyed many wonderful games together - well some of them were good, others we won’t mention?!! :) She was a great partner of mine in many tournaments. Way back then we both tried to break 90 and finally gave up. Amazingly after we quit trying so hard we both achieved that milestone and she was very excited!! During that time we discovered that I had taught her lovely daughter-in-law, Patty when Patty was about Grade 3!
It was to Lynn that I owe a successful gift opening after our daughter’s wedding as Lynn gave us some very delicious recipes.
She was a woman of many, many talents. I will always remember her.
May God’s love surround this family and may the memories of Lynn sustain you now and always.

We have many fond memories of Gordon's Auntie Lynn, that we will cherish always. She and I shared a love of live theatre, reading novels, and playing Duck Lake rummy at Emerald Lake. We also shared a love of playing board games and charades. She was a great cook and I use many of her recipes that she contributed to the Johnson Family Cookbook. We will miss her very much and send our deepest condolences to Blair and Clark and their families.

The Goshawk Family were friends of our family for years. Shirley and Lynn played golf together and we all went camping one time with our trailers. Lynn and I took our M.Ed. degree at the University of Saskatchewan and we wrote and had a book published.
Lynn moved into Hyde Park View recently and she was a member of our Ladies pool group that I had the honor of leading.
Lynne will be missed and I send our sincere sympathy to the family. Thanks for the great memories.

Mrs. Goshawk was my Grade 5 teacher at John Lake School in Saskatoon. She was one of my favourite teachers. My best memory of her is that she read us a story every afternoon. My favourite story was Charlotte’s Web, a story that I still love and I have watched the movie many times. Whoever would have thought that that book would still be popular 63 years after she read it to me. Every time I hear that title, I think of Mrs. Goshawk.
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom.
