Obituary of Gordon Lewis

Gordon Lewis passed away on Thursday, February 4th. He is survived by his wife, Alice; his 4 children Elaine (Richard), Robert (Betty), Patricia (Peter), Karen (Garry); nine grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by extended family: Larry, Diana (Terry) and Bonnie (Al), and their families. Gordon was predeceased by his first wife, Helen, of 48 years, in 1998; his father, Thomas Lewis, in 1966 and his mother, Edith Lewis, in 1995. Gordon was a member of the Saskatoon City Police for 29 years, retiring in 1987. He loved to travel and go camping with his family, spending many summers at Waskesiu, Turtle Lake and Struthers Lake, Sk. After his retirement he spent many winters in Palm Springs, CA. Gordon will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to World Vision.
