Jennifer Schnoor - Marie Kwas's granddaughter
Great Uncle Mike was always fun and happy to be around. I LOVED hearing him recount his African experiences. One time, when I was a child, Great Uncle Mike and Great Auntie Anne took me to visit with some Polish friends of theirs and all of them were trying to teach me Polish...it was funny. My husband John and I still have and use rosaries that Auntie Anne made for us one night when she couldn't sleep while visiting Baba. So happy that Uncle Mike had a long and fruitful life and happy now that Mike and Anne will be reunited in the arms of the Lord. Love and Blessings to Diane and family.

Mike was a truly amazing man. The world has lost a wonderful soul but heaven has gained a new angel to help watch over us all. Our sympathies go out to the entire Katerinich family. The Monette family had many fun days with Mike and Anne.
All our love, Ron and Louella Monette

I always loved visiting uncle Mike when I was a child as he always seemed so elegant and was such a gentleman. He was incredibly kind, and he had this aura of calm around him....even when us kids were running around like crazy. He carried this throughout his life, treating everyone with love, kindness and respect. He really was one of those rare people that everyone loved to be around, and he will be greatly missed.
