My sincere condolences to Rosella, Gary (my high school best bud) and the rest of the Zyla family. I didn’t know Dominic well as our interactions were limited but what I do remember was that he loved to let his hair down and have fun with friends. People liked to be around him (my parent’s cabin at Kenosee Lake was next to the Zyla/Kosior cabin!). The Zyla’s are hardworking, caring people which was exemplified by Dominic’s and Rosella’s love of family and community. There was always an open door and a friendly greeting when I visited their home. If I was lucky I might also be asked to share a plate of perogies.
