ELLIS,
Robin
1943 - 2022
It is with profound sadness that the family of Robin Ellis announces her passing on August 20, 2022. Robin was a much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, companion and friend to many.
She will be deeply missed by her companion of 22 years, Peter Kilburn, her daughters, Rhonda Wacker, Jana Ellis , Joanne (Dave) Chartier, cherished grandchildren, Tyler (Paige) Wacker, Halie (Mitch) Voinorosky, Caylen Chartier, Taya Wacker (Ian Parker) Jake Chartier, extended family and many friends.
She was predeceased by the love of her life Bill Ellis.
Robin was born to Charles and Edith Rudd, April 14, 1943 in Saskatoon SK, where she married Bill and spent 35 years together building a home, raising a family and making memories together.
After Bill’s passing in 1999 Peter came into her life, along with his family. They spent 22 happy, loving and supportive years together with their time being split between Saskatoon, Waskesui and Palm Springs. These places along with Kona, Hawaii and Emma Lake all held special times, memories and life long friends for Robin.
Among her most favorite things Robin loved in this life besides her family were sunshine, reading, flowers, and being with old and new friends.
Her smile lit up a room, her sense of humor was contagious and she absolutely loved life.
We have so much love for Robin and she will be greatly missed.
A Life Celebration Service will be held Saturday, August 27th at 10:00 am. at Grace Westminster United Church with a reception to follow at Bill’s House of Flowers.
In lieu of donations please send flowers!
