I have such warm and fond memories of "Mrs Toews" in Prince Albert, coming over to see my friend Philip as they lived a few houses away from us on River Street. She was warm loving friendly and gentle with us children. And I loved being there in the Toews household. She was a beautiful person and her beautiful spirit lives on and shines brightly. My heartfelt condolences to Philip and all of her family.

I remember the days at Okema Beach.
Kitty was such a good friend to my mom, Karen.
I remember speaking to Kitty as mom was on her journey into long term care.
Kitty was a rock and gave me comfort through those hard days.
She was a true friend to mom and sent cards and pictures that lifted mom.
Kitty, love you lots, sorry you are gone, but I know your kind heart has taken you home, to a better place.

I got to know Kitty at St. Stephen's church she was such a wonderful lady. On a number of occasions I had the pleasure of driving Kitty to Smittys after service and then home after lunch so we shared many a talks about our lives. I will miss her beautiful smile. Sorry I was unable to attend the service as I was away. Please know that all of Kitty's family are in my prayers. Goodbye Kitty and thanks for helping me in my Spiritual journey.
