Genevieve and Family,
I have known Manolis for over 35 years and he simply was a staple in Saskatoon and the business community. I was shocked to hear of his passing as I just had a great conversation with him recently at one of our favorite restaurants - Manos.
I have asked Manolis for over 10 years for the avgolemono soup recipe, however he declined,,,HA HA. He will be missed by all and now Taso, it's time you take over the reigns.
Big shoes to fill, however your PAPA trained you very well.
