The Loraas and Warren families go back 50 years, including 16 years that I had the honour of working with, and for, Terry at Envirotec. Terry himself was a class act, and he ran his businesses the exact same way. He was always there to help someone in need, or teach from his experience... I can't even begin to count how many times he and I sat and had long conversations which always ended up being extremely helpful in the end. If for some reason he didn't have the solution to a problem, he would help you connect with the person that did, at his cost I might add. To say he was generous is an understatement at the very least. He lived a life of gratitude and of giving, and found true happiness in the happiness of others.
To Michelle and the family, my sincere condolences, he will be missed and departed way too soon...
