Thinking of your family and all who loved Aunty Vera. Continue to share your memories with others so they can appreciate her qualities, and understand a little bit of your grief. So hard to have both parents gone. Hugs to you all.

My Aunt Vera was always working, which is the way most people who knew her will remember her. I know that she had a huge heart and was a very loving and caring person. How she managed to to do all those chores on the farm as well and cook and bake and do laundry and still manage to smile and laugh is a marvel to me! Every time I think of Auntie I will smile and remember what a truly strong and unselfish person she was. Rest In Peace, Aunt Vera.
Love,
Marni

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your Mom. What a lovely tribute and story you have shared of her life. I remember her kind, always friendly disposition, and outlook. Your Mom and Dad were friends of my Mom and Dad (Nestor & Phyllis Rybchinski). I think they had a lot of good laughs, good times, and I remember too, the great sense of humour of Issy. The stories they could tell. Our mothers were strong, brave women. They are all passed now, there will be none like them and they are greatly missed by us all. With my sincere sympathy, Linda (Lynne Carmichael, Saskatoon) @ 2lynncar@gmail.com
