Obituary of Judith Benninger

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Judith Benninger announces her passing on Friday, December 4, 2015 at the age of 65 years. She was born and raised in Kitchener, ON. Her library career took her to N.W.T, Calgary and to the Saskatoon Public Library-Children’s Department from which she retired a few years ago. Judith was a integral leader within the Saskatoon Storytellers’ Guild and was a mentor and inspiration to many storytellers in Saskatchewan and across the country. She was predeceased by her parents Leo and Irene Benninger and brother-in-law Arnhold Kopp. Judith will be lovingly remembered by her sister Linda Kopp; brother Terry Benninger; 5 nieces and nephews; special friends Gary Tisdale and Morgan Kreutzweiser as well as numerous relatives and friends.
