Dear Uncle Clare
I was not able to attend Aunt Vangy’s service in person so I watched it online. Both Brian and Brent did a superb tribute to their mom, bringing back many memories of her, and Carson spoke well on behalf of the grandchildren also. The choice of music was very comforting and uplifting, reminding us of the Hope we have in Jesus, and the home he has prepared for us as believers.
The message given by your pastor truly summed up Aunt Vangy’s faith - she was good, faithful, and definitely a servant. Both of you have passed on this legacy to your children and grandchildren. I was blessed!
In the days ahead: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26)
