The world has lost a wonderful person with the passing of Herb. We were honored to meet him at Luther Riverside Terrace where our father was a resident. He was such a joy ..always smiling and happy and willing to stop and chat. He was so kind to our father...who was also a Naval veteran. What a long and accomplished life he led..I am so glad we were able to share a wee part of it with him . Our thoughts are with you all,
