Gerald Ernest Smith

October 19, 1942 – November 22, 2021

Gerald passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Sunnyside Adventist Care Centre in Saskatoon, SK.

Gerald is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Smith, Joan (Allan Martin), Barb (Fred Friesen), Edna (Dale Hinz), Elsie Sarich and Irene Smith (James Patterson); also his nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan (Peters) Smith, Charles (Ted) Smith, Audrey Smith and Vernon Smith.

Gerald was born October 19, 1942 in Waldheim, SK.  He moved to Saskatoon, SK. in 1953 and finished his schooling there.  He attended The Abilities Council for over 30 years working in the wood working area.

Gerald loved to read, listen to music, learn all the car models and watching sports on TV.  Gerald’s family was very special to him and he loved to spend time with them. 

There will be a private family Celebration of Life for Gerald at a later date.
