Elwood, Barry and Jeff; We were late to hear the news and now are reflecting on such a wonderful life. 'Mrs. Flynn' was a big part of our life - Mom and Dad's friend, and of course one of our grade's moms. She was 'elegance' in Saskatoon, and a businesswoman - a role model, trailblazer for so many.
She left an imprint, on all she encountered; we remember her so fondly, not the least for bringing some great shoes to Saskatoon - the way to any woman's heart.
May you, in time, remember all the good times; what she left for you in spirit. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Susan, Keith and the boys, Will and Aidan, and for Mom and Dad who perhaps are greeting Joan with a beverage, somewhere. Susan

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom.
My Mom, Olive Brownbridge At a time was your Mom’s best friend. She named me your mom’s name as my middle name....Maryse Joan......I remember as a tiny girl, how my mom would take me to the town cobbler, to the back room for sweets. She was so glamorous and kind. I will never forget thoughs moments. It’s been 44 years since my own passed, however, it never makes it easier. Be it a child, or an adult, it is pain. I’m so sorry to you all.
