I met Mable through her beloved son Richard here in Vancouver and I was impressed by her wit and zest for life. I wasn’t privileged to have sampled her delightful cooking and her chef skills. She was always happy and positive and I really appreciated that. Good-bye Mable and good on you for going out on your own terms. You are powerful and will be missed.
